Ausschreibung 8-Stunden-Schwimmen

Wettkampfbad:
25 m-Bad mit 6 Bahnen, wellenbrechende Leinen, Wassertemparatur ca.26° C

09:00 Uhr bis 18:00 Uhr
Einlass ins Bad: 08:30 Uhr
Start des Wettkampfes: 09:00 Uhr
ca. 17:30 Uhr Prosecco-Staffel

Wettkampf:
Beim 8-Stunden-Schwimmen schwimmen die Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer innerhalb einer Zeit von acht Stunden eine möglichst große Strecke. Die Teilehmer können beliebig oft starten, die erzielten Strecken werden addiert, auch kurze Wartezeiten an den Bahnen sind möglich.

Schwimmhilfen oder Neoprenanzüge sind nicht erlaubt. Jeder Teilnehmer schwimmt mit einer bereitgestellten nummerierten Badekappe. Eine DSV / FINA-Lizenz ist nicht notwendig.

Der Wettkampf wird mit einer Prosecco-Staffel beendet. Regeln hierzu werden vor Ort erklärt.

Einzelwertung:
Altersklassen 18-34 Jahre, 35-49 Jahre, über 50 Jahre, jeweils männlich / weiblich. Die drei besten einer Altersklasse erhalten Medaillen

Teamwertung :
Es können vereinsübergreifend Teams zu vier Schwimmern gebildet werden. Die drei besten Teams erhalten Pokale. Die Meldungen der Teams erfolgt am Wettkampftag.

Jeder Teilnehmer erhält eine Urkunde mit seiner geschwommenen Strecke.

Teilnehmerzahl:
Die Teilnehmerzahl wird auf 70 begrenzt.

Anfahrt mit dem Auto:
Parkplätze direkt am Bad,

Anfahrt mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln:
Stadtbahnlinie U5 oder U6 Richtung Möhringen oder Leinfelden bis Möhringen Bahnhof, dort Umsteigen in die U3 Richtung Plieningen.
An der Endhaltestelle liegt die Straße Im Wolfer. Das Bad befindet sich auf der rechten Seite.

Invitation for participation 8 hours swimming

Competition Pool:
25 m pool with 6 lanes, anti-wave ropes, water temperature approx. 26° C

Time plan:
9am to 6pm
Access to the pool: 8.30am
Competition start: 9.00am
At approx. 5.30pm Prosecco Relay

Competition:
During the 8 hours swimming the participiants will swim the longest total distance possible within a period of 8 hours. Participiants may start as often as they like. The single distances of the numerous starts will be summed up at the end. Short rest stops at the lanes may also be made.

Swimming aids and neoprene suits are not allowed. Each participant will be provided with a numbered swimming cap to wear while swimming. A FINA license is not necessary.

The competition will finish with a Prosecco Relay. Rules to be explained during the competition.

Individual ranking:
Age groups: 18-34 years, 35-49 years, over 50 years. Male / female all age groups.
Medals will be awarded to the three best participants in each age group.

Team ranking:
Teams of four swimmers can be formed for the team ranking, even between different swimming clubs. The best three teams will receive a trophy. The registration of the teams will take place on the day of the competition.

A certificate is awarded to each participant showing the swim distance.

Limit on participation:
Number of participants is limited to 70.

Directions:
By car:
Car park at the swimming pool.

With public transport:
Tram number 5 or 6, direction Möhringen or Leinfelden to Möhringen Bahnhof.
Change to tram number 3 direction Plieningen.
Get off at the terminus.
The swimming pool is near to the tram station.
